1-2 lb of Clear Melt and Pour Soap
1 lb of White Melt and Pour Soap
Blue Liquid Soap Dye
1 oz Fragrance oil of your choice that is soap safe – I’ll be using Rain Water.
You’ll also need
Our 10” silicone loaf mold
Soap Cutter
1 Microwave safe bowl and 1 Spare Bowl
Silicone Spatula
Isopropyl alcohol in a spray bottle
Kitchen Scale
Thermometer
Thermometer
First we’ll start by taking the soap cutter and cutting up the white melt and pour soap into small even sized ½” cubes.
Place into in a bowl and set to the side.
Next take your clear melt and pour soap and cut into pieces and place into a microwave safe bowl to heat. If you're using our 10" silicone loaf mold you can use around 1lb - 1.5 lb. I used around 20 oz of clear melt and pour soap, you're welcome to use a little more if you want the soap bars to be a little taller.
Heat your clear melt and pour soap cubes in 30 second intervals in the microwave until completely melted and smooth.
Now that your clear soap is melted, add 0.5 oz of your soap safe fragrance oil to your blue mixture and mix well (depending on the fragrance you choose to use, ensure you are not over the recommended usage amount for soap).
Next take your blue liquid soap dye and add around 1 drop per ounce of clear soap you melted and stir well.
Immediately go ahead and grab your 10” silicone loaf mold and pour your blue soap mixture into the mold.
Once the blue soap has cooled to around 130-135 F, take a handful of your white soap blocks that you set to the side and spray them well with your isopropyl alcohol.
Place the cubes of white soap into the loaf mold, adding enough until the loaf mold is pretty full.
Spritz the top of the soap with more isopropyl alcohol to get rid of any air bubbles and allow the soap to harden. Once hardened you can remove from the mold and cut into slices where you’ll see your gloriously colored clear blue soap white white soap chunks. And you’re done!
]]>Go ahead and cut up and measure out 7.4 oz of clear melt and pour soap and 3.6 oz of shea butter melt and pour soap.
Add both to a large microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth and melted.
Next take 8 grams by weight of orange blossom fragrance oil and mix it with ½ tsp of citrus orange mica and mix well. Pour the fragrance and mica mixture into the melted soap and mix well.
Take this mixture and pour into your silicone loaf mold, spritzing the top of the soap with isopropyl alcohol. Allow soap layer to harden.
Now cut up and measure out 3.6 oz of clear melt and pour soap and 7.4 oz of shea butter melt and pour soap, place into your microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave until melted entirely.
Measure out 8 grams by weight of orange blossom fragrance oil and to that you’re going to take a ¼ tsp of citrus orange mica powder and mix into the fragrance oil really well.
Stirring until there are no longer any clumps in the mixture. Once nice and smooth go ahead and add into your melted soap and mix well.
Check to make sure the first layer has hardened then take your thermometer,
I find the instant ones the easiest to use for soap making but you can use a normal candy thermometer, and check the temperature of your liquid second layer. You want it to cool to 130 F or below.
Once its reached this temperature, you can spray the solid layer of soap you poured first with isopropyl alcohol and pour your second layer right on top in the silicone loaf mold. (The alcohol helps adhere the layers together). Once poured you again spray the top with alcohol to eliminate air bubbles and let harden.
Next layer! Take 12 oz of shea butter melt and pour soap and cut into chunks and place into your microwave safe bowl and heat until completely melted.
Measure out 8 grams by weight of orange blossom fragrance oil and mix this time with an 1/8 tsp of citrus orange mica powder. Mix well until there are no clumps. Add to your melted shea butter and stir well.
Again you’re going to take your thermometer and measure the temperature of your melted shea butter. Once it has reached 130 F or lower your going to this time take ½ oz by weight of this melted soap mixture and pour into a separate bowl and place off to the side for your next layer.
Go ahead and spritz your solid layer of soap in your loaf mold with alcohol and pour your third layer into the silicone mold, spritzing the top with alcohol for air bubbles and let harden.
NOW for the top layer! Measure and cut 11 oz of shea butter melt and pour soap and add the ½ oz of reserved soap from the previous layer, place in a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted.
Once heated and melted add 8 grams by weight of orange blossom fragrance and stir well.
It’s that time again, grab that handy thermometer and check the temperature of your liquid soap. Once under 130 F Spritz the top of your solid soap in the loaf mold and pour your final layer of soap into the mold and let harden.
LASTLY your going to measure out ½ oz of clear melt and pour soap and melt it in the microwave. Spritz your top layer of soap with alcohol and then drizzle the clear melt and pour soap over the top of the loaf. Immediately after go ahead and sprinkle ½ tsp of rose gold eco glitter along the top of the loaf and let harden!
AND THAT’S IT! Go ahead and let this harden and completely set up. Once hardened you can remove from the silicone loaf mold and cut and package as you’d like!

Silicone Soap Mold
Prepare ahead of time: Measure out your dried flowers ahead of time so they're ready to go!
Step 1:
Take your Shea Butter melt and pour soap base and cut into evenly sized cubes and place into a microwave safe bowl. Melt by microwaving in 10-15 second intervals, stirring in between. Melt and stir until the soap is a smooth liquid. Don't burn!
Step 2:
Next remove from microwave and soap should be a smooth even consistency. Add in your lavender essential oil. Stir well.
Step 3:
Add 2 Tbsp of your lavender buds into the melted shea butter mixture. Stir well.
Step 4:
While stirring, take your silicone mold and carefully pour the soap into the molds, stirring as best as you can as you distribute evenly among the molds - this is to try to evenly spread out the lavender buds.
Step 5:
Once in the molds, spray some isopropyl alcohol onto the surface of the soap to eliminate any air bubbles. Then carefully add the last remaining Tbsp of lavender buds on top, dried marigold flowers, and dried rose petals onto the surface of the soap. Carefully pressing lightly to get them anchored into the soap surface but not pushing so far down that they're not sticking up from the surface.
Step 6:
Let cool for 30-45 minutes until firm - pop out of molds and enjoy!
]]>This fabulous Sweet Lavender, Lemon and Honey melt and pour soap is super luxurious and easy to make. You'll have a super creamy, fragrant, and fancy looking soap. The honey and glycerin in the soap base act as humectants that will draw moisture into the skin - keeping it healthy and youthful looking. The goat's milk is rich and the lavender and lemon essential oils provide a soothing and refreshing experience.
What you'll need:
2 lb PureLux Goat's Milk melt and pour soap base
1/4 cup lavender buds
2 Tbsp Honey
Zest of lemon
20 drops of lavender essential oil
6-10 drops of lemon essential oilMicrowave safe container
Cheese Grater
99% isopropyl alcohol in spray bottle
Mixing utensil
Kitchen Scale
Soap Cutter
Silicone Soap Mold
Prepare ahead of time: Take one lemon and a cheese grater and gently and carefully remove the lemon peel from the lemon. Then take a paper towel and press firmly on the zest to remove any excess moisture.
Step 1:
Take your Goat's Milk soap base and cut into evenly sized cubes and place into a microwave safe bowl. Melt by microwaving in 10-15 second intervals, stirring in between. Melt and stir until the soap is a smooth liquid.
Step 2:
Next mix in the honey, lemon zest, lavender buds, and essential oils.
Step 3:
Pour the mixture carefully into your molds. Once in the molds, spray the surface of the liquid soap with isopropyl alcohol to eliminate any bubbles on the surface of the soap.
Step 4:
Let the soap cool and harden for at least several hours before removing from the mold. Once out wrap securely in plastic wrap or cello wrap to prevent sweating. And you're done! Enjoy! Send one to your mom or sister, they'll be thrilled!
]]>Step 2:
Add in the essential oil, stir thoroughly. You can adjust how much you'd like to suit your preference but alway start with a smaller amount and assess before adding more.
Step 3:
Now time to add the activated charcoal, this goes everywhere so be careful - this stuff leaves atomic bomb plumes of black dust. Carefully stir in the charcoal until its completely incorporated into the soap base. When mixing be sure to scoop from the bottom of the bowl because it tends to settle. Once you're done the liquid should be nice and dark black.
Step 4:
Take your silicone mold and carefully pour your Goat's Milk Charcoal mixture evenly into the molds.
Step 5:
Move quickly and melt the Shea Butter soap base next. Do it the same way you melted the Goat's Milk - cut into evenly sized cubes and microwave in increments, stirring in between. Depending on how much of a swirl you want in the soap, if you want a light swirl use 1/4 lb, if you want a heavier swirl melt 1/2 lb.
Note: I find it easiest to cut both the soap bases up into evenly sized cubes ahead of time so that they're ready to melt when you need to. Pre melting the Shea soap base while mixing the Goats Milk base may be helpful, this way it will only take several seconds to re liquify the Shea Butter.
Step 6:
Once the Goats Milk Charcoal soap has cooled to around 125-130 F and the Shea Butter base has also cooled to around 125-130 its time to swirl! Pour a small amount of the Shea Butter soap slowly into the Goats Milk/Charcoal Soap. Using a wooden skewer slowly swirl the Shea Butter soap around to create a marbled look. Try not to over swirl as it will just blend it into a gray color. Repeat the swirl in each soap mold or throughout the loaf if you are using a loaf mold.
Step 7:
Allow the soap to cool and harden for several hours before popping out! Package securely in clear wrap or cell bags and you're done! Yay!

Step 3:
